I have bike shops closer to me, but it’s worth the 40-minute drive for the service I receive. Repairs are done properly, the employees are honest and the prices are affordable. Most recently, I had my bike in for a damaged wheel, and Chris turned the entire bike around in about 36 hours. The wheel was replaced, and they even threw in complimentary checks/adjustments on my brakes, headset, chain, etc. I’m so thankful I came to Trek! Bike is good as new!

Great service. Got a tune up recently which included a full breakdown of the bike for washing, reassembly and a few new parts. I shopped around before getting this done, and Trek was the most reasonably priced. While other shops were estimating weeks to complete service, Trek estimated max three days. They had it done in less than 24 hours, with the bike looking and feeling like new.
